This is to transmit Bill 248, Draft 6, which was the result of the following amendments made at
the Council's meeting on November 24, 2004:
Condition E: Reduced the gross floor area a single commercial business can contain
from 60,000 syuare feet to 45,000 square feet.
Condition I: Reyuired that a landscaped buffer along the north boundary of the
project where commercial and multi-family residential uses are proposed
be established and planted prior to anv construction.
