PENSION FROM THE COUNTY OF HAWAII )
FINDINGS AND AWARD OF PENSION
The application of Tomeyo Torioka, widow of Kikuichi Torioka, having come on for hearing before
the Pension Board of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, on the 27th day oCMay, 1997, and said Board,
upon the evidence adduced and information furnished, having found said applicant to be eligible for a
pension under Part IV, Chapter 88, Hswau Revised Statutes, based on the following findings of tact:
1. Applicant is the widow of Kikuichi Torioka, deceased pensioner under this System, who died
oa March 1, 1997.
2. Applicant was married to the deceased on September 13, 1960.
3. Calculation of pension as provided by law:
Pension $ 50.00
Bonus 178.19
Post Retirement Allowance 33.00
TOTAL GRANT $ 263.19
NOW, THEREFORE, 11' TS HEREBY ORDERED that said Tomeyo Torioka, be and she is hereby
granted a pension in the sum of $263.19 per month, and all future benellts deriving thereto, effective March
2, 1997, so long as she remains unmarried.
