RE: Application for a Sidewalk Use/Sign Permit Linda's Cheesecakes
at Keawe Street Cafe
I have not received a reply to my letter to Linda L. Brown
(Communication No. 357.1), requesting that she inform me in writing
by August 18, 1997, if she wishes the Council to consider her
application (Comm. No. 357) for a sidewalk use/sign permit although
her business has apparently closed.
Therefore, I am recommending that the Council file Communication 357.
The Receipt for Certified Mail and the Domestic Return Receipt
acknowledging receipt of my letter are below.
