Pavao, dated September 14. ?004, informing that in compliance with Hawaii Administrative Rules Title 1 1, Section 21, all government agencies will be required to install a DWS approved backflow prevention assembly immediately after the water meter. States they will pursue this compliance effort, with private customers as well, beginning July I. 2005. Advance notice is being provided so that agencies may properly budget for the next kcal year. The purpose of the donation is to increase public awareness of how solid waste trash items can be used in a positive, creative manner and to bring attention to how cigarettes are inappropriately disposed of throughout our County and State.
