COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> I3II.I. NO. 332 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 04 131 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-75, AS AMENDED, <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br /> PROGRAM AMOUNT <br /> TEA-21 PROJECTS (FEDERAL AID) $216,061.79 <br /> LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS 216,061.80 <br /> TOTAL $432,123.59 <br /> <br /> Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br /> <br /> on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br /> in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 03-62. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />
