<br /> COiJl~T~ O~ I~A.W~I`I _ STATE O~ I-I~~~I`I <br /> I~iIL,I~ X10. 175 <br /> OI~DIl®1Ala1CE 1®10. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-264, schedule 12 (stop <br /> intersections), subsection (e) I~ohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Hi`iaka Street, southwest approach to Hale Ali`i Street and `Ainahua Alanui <br /> Street. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
