FC Rept. 126: The Committee on Finance recommends that the
(G449) compromise offer to waive the penalties and
interest for the delinquent Hawaiian Homes Lands
apply to the individual lessees.

R&DC Rept. 6: The Committee on Research & Development recommends
(C-229.01) sending representatives from the County of Hawaii
to La Serena, Chile, and Nago City, Okinawa, to
fulfill the County's strong commitment to these
sister city relationships; further recommends that
the County prioritize the sister city trips in the
upcoming year and secure funding for those trips.
R&DC Rept. °7: The Committee on Research & Development recommends
(C-462) that staff work with Mr. Burns to amend
Ordinance 87-46; also recommends the inclusion of
financial incentives of Photovoltaic usage in the
Hawaii County State Legislative Package.
