Council's list of priorities and enacts
legislation as set forth therein.

that these issues and matters are limited to
those items enumerated in Mayor Stephen
Yamashiro's testimony to the House Committee on
Finance, dated January 17, 1995; that if other
issues and matters arise, Mr. Tajiri shall seek
joint concurrence from the Mayor and Council
Chairman prior to representing the County and
County Council on such items; that Mr. Tajiri's
appointment shall be effective on February 1,
1995 and shall terminate on April 30, 1995.
