PC Rept. 123: Concurs with Communication 1197; recommends that (C-1197} (1) the Planning Director identifies the ordinances affected by this condition; (2) the condition that needs clarification be identified; and (3) the Council take a vote on a report reflecting the discussed specific items with the Planning Director's and Corporation Counsel's approval. HSPWC Rpt.122: Recommends and authorizes the Mayor to execute (C-1196) an agreement which conforms substantially to the draft agreement for the proposed dedication of the Kaupakuea Homestead Road by C. Brewer. HSPWC Rpt.124: Recommends that a letter be transmitted to the (C-1186) Administration asking that the land exchange transaction with Bishop Estate be expedited; further that the Administration strongly consider the burial plot grid system proposal presented by Mr. Clifford Dodo and that rules be promulgated to be consistent with the modern administration of a cemetery; finally, that staff work with the Administration to prepare a resolution to approve any land exchange.
