(C-1033.17) HSPWC Rpt.115: The Human Services and Public Works Committee (C-1114) recommends that the Quantum Reef project be included as an authorized expenditure under the CIP program with the understanding that the project is sensitive to environmental concerns; that the necessary permits are acquired and that the Department of Parks and Recreation work with interested groups to ensure that the project is done properly.
