HSPWC Rpt. 95: The Committee on Human Services R Public Works
(C-947) recommends that a letter be sent to DHHL
informing them that the County will not take any
liability for accidents that occur at their
development site due to defective building
construction and as-king them to hire their own
professional staff to inspect and agprove for
safety their construction project; further
recommends that legislation be drafted requiring
the Administration to process approval of
extensions of the public sewer system through the
Council and that any extension of the public
sewer system to Waiakea Center, Inc. site be
submitted to the Council for approval by
resolution.
