ORDINANCE NO. 1.3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA6aAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275,
schedule 23 (bus stop locations), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the
Hawaii County Code, is amended by deleting the following item:
[(9) Kawili Street, east side, beginning from a
point one hundred fifty-two feet makai of the
Waiakea High School driveway and extending in
the makai direction for a distance of sixty
feet. ]
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. In printing
this ordinance, the brackets and bracketed material need not be
included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
