NO. 321 (Draft 2) ORDINANCE NO. ~6 ~3"~ AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 90-96 WHICH AMENDED SECTION 25-87 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM UNPLANNED (U) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-15) AND AGRICULTURAL (A-1 a) AT LAALOA 1st AND 2nd AND KAPALAALAEA 1st, NORTH KONG, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-7-07:30 (PORTION). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 90-96 which amended Section 25-87 (North Kona Zone Map), Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety and the subject property shall be classified back to its original zoning district. SECTION 2.
