BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HATnIAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop locations), subsection (c) Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: Hualalai Street,~P~na side, beginning at a ~~int thirtyfeet makai of ICa~iolani St mt and extendiniaty feet in the makai direction b~,~ween the hours of 2:30 u.m. and 3:30 x~.mT on school dates ~n SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop locations), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, is also amended by amending item (2) to read as follows: (2) Hualalai Street, Hamakua side, beginning from a point [eight] three hundred twenty-~ev~n feet [makai] k,.~, of [Ululani] I{inoole Street and extending eighty feet in the [makai] mauka direction. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop locations), subsection (c) Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, is further amended by deleting the following items: [(3) Hualalai Street, Puna side, beginning from a point thirty feet makai of Ululani Street and extending eighty feet in the makai direction. (~4) Hualalai Street, beginning at a point two hundred fifteen feet mauka of Kinoole Street extending in the mauka direction for distance of seventy-five feet. (5) Hualalai Street, west side, beginning from the mauka entrance driveway of Kadota's Drive Inn and extending in the makai direction for a distance of forty-five feet, from six a.m. to six p.m. Monday through Saturday.) SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect on 7anuarv 1 97.
