AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HA6~IAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. HE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: PRohouli Street. Hamakua side,~.beainnina at Kilauea Avenue and extending one hundred fifes-five feet in the mauka direction. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287, schedule 35 (Passenger loading pones), subsection (c) Milo, item (7), of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to read as follows: (7) Nlohouli Street at: (A) ,~hiefess Kapiolani elementary School on the Hamakua side beginning at a point one hundred [twenty]fi tf ~-five feet mauka [from] ~ Kilauea Avenue and extending in the mauka direction for a distance of [two] hundred seventy feet, from 7:00 a.m. to~00 ~.m. anal 1:15 ~.m. to 3:00 p.m, on school days. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7, section 24-291, schedule 39 (2 hour parking meter pones), subsection (c) Hilo, item (17), of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to read as follows: (17) Mohouli Street, [between Kilauea Avenue and a point one hundred sizty feet mauka of Kilauea Avenue] Puna side" the last three metered narking stalls annroachina Kilaue Avenue SECTION i~laterial to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
