County Clerk's Office in Hilo and the Office of the Mayor,
Kailua-Kona. For further information, please call 961-8245. Those
wishing to testify, please register with the County Clerk's staff
prior to the convening of the meeting. If possible, submit fifteen
(15) written copies of testimony to staff prior to the convening of
the meeting.)
PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION: The Planning Committee and Finance
Committee meetings can be seen on Tuesday, November 12 and Tuesday,
November 19 at 9 p.m. on Channel 4 (Hilo) and on Wednesday,
November 13 and Wednesday, November 20 at 6 p.m. on Channel 6
(Kona). The Human Services and Public Works Committee meeting can be
seen on Thursday, November 14 and Thursday, November 21 at 8:30 p.m.
on Channel 4 (Hilo) and Friday, November 15 and Friday, November 22
at 6 p.m, on Channel 6 (Kona). Immediately following the Human
Services and Public Works Committee meeting, the Special Committee on
Planning meeting will be shown on Thursday, November 14 and
November 21 on Channel 4 (Hilo). On November 20, after the regular
Planning and Finance Committee meetings are shown, the Special
Committee meeting of the Committee on Planning can be seen on
Channel 6 (Kona). All Committee meetings will be shown on Sunday,
November 24, on Channel 4 (Hilo) and Channel 6 (Kona) at 9 a.m.
