proposes structure and revisions, in the form of
motions, to amend Bill 250. His suggested wording is
submitted with the assumption that the committee had
earlier voted to amend Bill 250, with the establishment
of a new AV (Village Agriculture) zoning district and
revised minimum lot sizes of five acres in the A and AI
zoning districts.
