RESOLUTION NOS. 122-93 and 141-93
From Michael J. Matsukawa, Attorney At Law, dated
February 3, 1996, representing his clients, John
Kailiwai and his daughter, Debralee Kailiwai-Ray,
regarding an ongoing dispute over the ownership,
management and participation of the above parcel of
land. Mr. Matsukawa is investigating why the County
accepted the subdivision application of F. Newell
Bohnett and/or his representatives and/or corporation,
Puu Lani Ranch, before completing an exchange and
without notice to or consent of his clients or their
predecessors. The said application was filed in
1990. Requests a response.

From Councilman Keola Childs, dated November 17, 1995,
transmitting the above communication for discussion.
Comm. 846.01: From Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, dated
January 25, 1996, stating in response to a request for
comments on Comm. 846, that discrepancies among the
various codes, as listed, will be addressed when the
Zoning Code is revised. Much of the "confusion" is
caused by the Housing Code because there are instances
when it governs over the Zoning Code.
