Recycling services <br /> are being cut, rural collections arc closing down and soon businesses will be <br /> JErry oanles paying a lot more for recycling -ail due to the halt in diversion grants (sec <br /> enclosure). The business community and residents are suffering, and we have <br /> cane""e """9°" been told that we will not get paid for services that we performed in past months. <br /> Pew aLEary This situation is out of control and needy dealing with here in Hawaii <br /> County and at the state Legislature. We encourage you to reinstate the diversion <br /> Anne al.
