Yamashiro, dated October 25, 1995, transmitting a letter and enclosures from Planning Commission Vice Chairman Kevin M. Balog, regarding the above-referenced matter. The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the Council that the Puna Community Development Plan (May 1995) be adopted, with amendments as recommended by the Planning Director and Planning Commission on October 10, 1995. Comm. 465.01: From Hugh L. Matthews, President, Hawaiian Shores Community Association, dated June 15, 1995, stating that the current Puna Community Development Plan is flawed, as listed, and needs to be corrected. Comm. 465.03: Copy of testimony to the Planning Commission from Sandra F. Bonk, President and Executive Director, The Kea'au Historical Society and Village Restoration Project, dated June 21, 1995, in support of the Puna Community Development Plan.
