submitting for confirmation the following to the
Planning Commission:
William F. Green, a Democrat from Hilo, to
replace Wilton K. Wong of Kona, who resigned
to accept a position on Guam. Mr. Green has
been the Owner/President of the PCI Chemical
Corporation since 1991.
If approved, Mr. Green will serve the balance
of the unexpired term which will end on
December 31, 1996.

Comm. 742: From Nancy Pisicchio, President, Plan to Protect Kona,
dated October 6, 1995, regarding the three applications
submitted by Oceanside 1250 which were approved by the
Planning Commission. Requests the Council schedule a
public hearing on these applications to be held in Kona
in the evening so that people can attend and have the
opportunity to testify.
