July 12, 1995, responding to questions relating to
impact fee assessments which have arisen in connection
with the Council's consideration of zoning ordinances.
Comm. 623.01: IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE
From PC Chair Takashi Domingo, dated August 3, 1995,
requesting, as discussed at the August 2, 1995 Council
meeting, that Bill Nos. 359 and 178, Draft 3 (both
bills deferred in Finance Committee), relating to the
Unified Impact Fee Ordinance, be taken up by the
Planning Committee in conjunction with Comm. 623.
Bill 359: Amends the Hawaii County Code 1983, by adding a new
(Comm. 2091) chapter adopting a Unified Impact Fee Code.
