RELATING TO ZONING REGULATIONS From Councilman Brian De Lima, dated January 26, 1995, transmitting the above bill which amends Section 2-33 (c) to provide that the County general plan or zoning ordinance shall supersede any conflicting provision contained in a redevelopment plan adopted by the Hawaii Redevelopment Agency. Comm. 962: ORDINANCE BILL AMENDING SECTION 25-86 (NORTH AND SOUTH (Bill 225) KONA DISTRICTS ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING (1994) CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la), (A-3a), (A-200a), (A-255a) AND (A-8000a) AT KEALAKEKUA, KILOA, WAIPUNAULA, KALAMA KUMU, AND KALAMAKOWALI, SOUTH KONA (APPROXIMATELY 11,184 ACRES) - TMK: 8-2-12:12 AND A PORTION OF 1 APPLICANT' KEALAKEKUA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION From Planning Commission Chairman Donald L.
