HSPWC Rpt. 117: Recommends that the County Council ask the (C-591, 591.01, administration to proceed in the acquisition and 591.02, improvement for the Punahoa Street extension and 591.03) work with the Hilo Main Street Program to survey property owners and lessees in the area and discuss the best traffic mitigation route in consultation with all necessary traffic advisory groups.
