HSPWC Rept. 91: Finds the conveyance of the road for the (C-760) Yamanaka/Fujiyama Subdivision Kekela Street Extension, Grantor: Ralph E. Fujiyama, Paul H. Fujiyama and Debbie Ann Fujiyama, Subdivision No. 78-102, Waiakea Homesteads, South Hilo, TMK: 2-2-39:53 (prior), is proper; recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of Conveyances.
