States this is an in-house draft which has not yet undergone thorough departmental review. Also states her department will be developing recommendations and revisions to the draft over the next several months and, when completed, the review package will be sent to the Planning Commission and thereafter the Council for review, public hearing and decision-making. PC-44 Paqe 2 August 23, 1994 Comm. 1220: EXPANSION OF HONOKOHAU HARBOR (Res. 261) AND PRIVATIZATION OF BUSINESSES From Councilman Jim Rath dated July 26, 1994, transmitting a resolution encouraging the expansion of Honokohau Harbor and the privatization of businesses because of the growth and economic potential it provides for the County of Hawaii as well as the State of Hawaii. Comm. 1234: STATE LAND DISPOSITIONS From Glenn Taguchi, Hawaii District Land Agent, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, dated August 3, 1994, transmitting the Wood Valley Homesteads Association's request to obtain a water license to permit use of certain wells located in Wood Valley, Ka'u (TMK: 3rd/9-7-01:01), LUC-zoned Conservation and County-zoned Forest Reserve. Comm. 1242: From Glenn Taguchi, Hawaii District Land Agent, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, dated August 5, 1994, transmitting Na Kalai Wa'a's request to lease 2.22 acres (TMK: 3rd/6-1-03:10) located at Kawaihae 1st, South Kohala, for the purpose of a canoe halau (building and facilities) for construction and education programs. The parcel is LUC-zoned Urban and County-zoned MG-lA/Open. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Comm. 535: ORDINANCE BILL AMENDING SECTION 25-103 (PUNA DISTRICT (Bill 126) ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, HY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la) AT KEAAU, PUNA (TMK: 1-6-141:10) APPLICANT• DENNIS K KAUINUI (APPROX 5 476 ACRES) From Planning Commission Chairman Donald L.
