Yamashiro, dated March 17, 1994, informing of his appointment of Nancy A. Snow of Kamuela to the Arborist Advisory Committee, to replace Elizabeth A. Ballard of Kamuela, who has resigned due to a conflict in her work schedule. Mrs. Snow is a 36-year resident of Hawaii and since 1978 has been the owner/proprietor of Kamuela Nursery, and will serve the balance of the un-expired term which will end on December 2, 1996.
