informing of his appointment of Nancy A. Snow of
Kamuela to the Arborist Advisory Committee, to replace
Elizabeth A. Ballard of Kamuela, who has resigned due
to a conflict in her work schedule. Mrs. Snow is a
36-year resident of Hawaii and since 1978 has been the
owner/proprietor of Kamuela Nursery, and will serve the
balance of the un-expired term which will end on
December 2, 1996.
