FANNY C. AU HOY, GREGORY G. OGIN AND
J. CURTIS TYLER III
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated December 27,
1993, submitting for confirmation the following
appointments to the Kailua Village Design Commission:
Fanny Au Hoy, Curator of the Hulihee Palace,
replacing Annie Ferren;
Gregory G. Ogin, a realtor with Gerry Rott and
Associates, replacing George Iwasaki; and
J. Curtis Tyler III, self-employed engaged in
commercial and residential real property
management, replacing Tsing Cannon.
The appointments, if confirmed, will each serve a
three-year term to end December 31, 1996.

Comm. 786: APPOINTMENTS TO WATER COMMISSION -
DENNIS W. HASEROT AND FRED T. YAMASHIRO
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated December 29,
1993, submitting for confirmation the following
appointments to the Water Commission:
Dennis W. Haserot, an Independent from Kona,
replacing James W. Higgins. Mr. Haserot is
self-employed as a consultant and real estate
broker.
Fred T. Yamashiro, an Independent from Waimea,
replacing Lani Apodaca. Mr. Yamashiro is the
Director of Administration of the Waikoloa Land
Company.
Both gentlemen, if approved, will be serving five-year
terms to end December 31, 1998.

REQUEST FOR RIGHT-OF-ENTRY SITE FOR QUARRY OPERATION
BY KIYOSAKI TRACTOR WORKS, INC.
From Glenn Y. Taguchi, Hawaii District Land Agent,
State Department of Land and Natural Resources, dated
January 4, 1994, transmitting a communication regarding
Kiyosaki Tractor Works, Inc.'s request to use the
Right-of-Entry site to TMK: 3rd/2-1-13:02(por)/11(por)
(County-zoned MG-la) for a quarry operation, located at
Waiakea, Hilo.
