SUBJECT: Resolution to Transfer/Appropriate Funds.
Attached please find a resolution to transfer/appropriate $9,100.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
Contingency Relief Fund account to the Clerk-Council SVC OCE -Misc. Charges account.
These fends will be used towazds the scheduled Kona reception, which will be held on Tuesday,
December 21, 2004 at the Sheraton Keauhou Resort and Spa.
I would like to thank Bob Jacobson for his willingness to contribute a portion of the funds
($4,100) from District 6 contingency funds for this appropriation. The remaining $5,000 is
forwarded from my contingency funds.
