RE: Resolution accepting Keauhou 1 and 2, North Kona property
TMK: (3) 7-8-007:053 (Keauhou Fire Station)
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of
the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is
submitted in regards to Resolution No. 154 relating to
accepting Keauhou 1 and 2, North Kona property TMK: (3)
7-8-007:053 (Keauhou Fire Station), waiving said referral from the
Committee on Public Works and Parks in order that appropriate
action can be taken by the Council at its nett meeting.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable
that such waiver be granted.
