A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED
FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, this appropriation will be used to reformat the General Plan proposed revisions and make it easier to read and more
understandable to the public, and;
WHEREAS, the reformatting of the General Plan (Bill 163, Draft 1) will provide a template for future plan revisions; and
WHEREAS, these changes in format are not substantive changes and will not necessitate sending the General Plan back to the
Planning Commission and Planning Director;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAi`I that the following amount be and is
hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:
FUND: General Fund
AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $15,000.00
OUT AND FROM: 010-101-5101.91-34] Clerk-Council Svc Contingency Relief-Misc Charges $15,000.00
CREDITED TO: 010- l4l -5141.02-115 Planning-OCE Miscellaneous Contractual Services $15,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to forward a copy of this resolution
to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in
accordance with the terms of this resolution.
