Tn the past, Big Island Farm Bureau worked on the General Plan to provide input that is reflected in the draft before you today. Most of our concerns were previously heard and readily addressed. We believe that Bill 163, Draft 1, if adopted in the current form, will help to move the agricultural sector forwazd by addressing bottlenecks and taking proactive steps to address opportunities before us. We look forward to working with the Hawaii County Council in helping to strengthen Hawaii County's agricultural industry. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Delan Perry President cc: All Committee Members Hilo • Hamakua • Kohala • Kona
