I will be out of state on December 20, 2004 and unable to attend the Finance Committee
meeting.
I wanted to take this opportunity to advise you that I am in total agreement with your assessment
that Bills 143, 146, 98 and 256 aze outdated. Our Department is in support of closing the files
and removing these items from your agenda.
