EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, however, unto Grantor, its successors and
assigns, easements for access (including road widening), electrical, gas,
communications and other utility purposes, and for sewer, drainage and water
facilities over, under, along, across and through the granted premises, together with
the right to grant to any governmental agency or any corporation or any entity,
easements for such purposes for such easements rights; provided, however, that such
easement rights must be exercised in such manner as not to interfere unreasonably
with the use of the granted premises by Grantee.
The word "person" includes natural persons, business organizations and any
other entity the law allows to own property or conduct business.
The words "Grantor" and "Grantee" include the persons named in this
Quitclaim Deed and those who take over or succeed to that person's rights or
interests, whether by purchase, inheritance, operation of law or otherwise.
This Quitclaim Deed is being signed by the Grantor on the 21 S day of
1997.
