Re: Confirmation of Lincoln Ashida as Corporation Counsel
It delights me to ask you for support in the reconfirmation of my boss Lincoln
Ashida. I've been employed with the County for 22 years and have worked for
numerous Corporation Counsels.
Recently, I've experienced working with Lincoln for the past four years. When he
came aboard, he made many changes in our department. Truthfully, when he first
implemented them, the "support staff' here did not welcome them. But as time
progressed, many of his new ideas and changes made "working life" in the office much
more easier and productive.
As I indicated many changes were made and I would like to share at least one of
them with you. We now have an amazing case tracking/management computer system
which tracks all of our work here and is well organized. I am confident to state that our
department is the one of the few that have a cohesive comprehensive records
management system. I invite you to come by in person to our office and I would be
more then happy to share with you all the successful changes Lincoln provided for us.
I ask all of you to please allow my boss, Lincoln Ashida to continue serving as
our Corporation Counsel.
