Aloha Co-chairs Hoffman and Pilago and all Members!
I urge you to pass Bill 163, draft one, of the new and very late General Plan
today.
Being 4 years late already, and after having a lot of community input, it needs to
be passed as quickly as possible, so please pass it out of Committee today and
on to Council. Then "we" can get on with community development plans, and
developers will have a sense of what is possible now.
Please hasten this process now.
