I will be unable to attend this committee meeting as I am recovering from hip
surgery, but wanted to comment on Colton. 16 regarding the reappointment of Bruce C.
McClure as Director of Public Works. I have been favorab~ impressed with his training
and experience and Gave enjoyed working with hrtn on numerous projects throughout
District 1. He has always been responsive to questions, concerns and requests for
information and presentations to the public. We have many public works deficits and
never enough funding to do everything, but I truly believe Director McClure is doing his
very best given the limited resources. I am pleased to support his reappountmetrt.
