It is essentially BY FAR --the most <br /> comprehensive, well-thought out document which includes a tremendous amount <br /> of public time and input. Draft 2 does not come close to this type of <br /> inclusion and should be tossed in the waste bin so as not to waste more <br /> precious land use planning time. <br /> Please do not delay in passage of Draft 1.
