Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 120, Draft 2. Amendments to the
proposed Draft 2 proposes standard language used in similar zonings which requires that plans
indicate a 10-foot furture road widening strip along the subject property's Kekuanaoa Avenue
frontage.
