Regarding: Proposed General Plan Revisions
Dear Planning Committee Chair and Members,
On behalf of the Ackerman family and Ackerman Ranch, we would like to
thank you for deleting the proposed amendment for land use, from
"orchards and extensive agriculture" to "important agricultural land", that
would have affected our property. We feel the current designation more
accurately represents the actual usage of the property. We appreciate the
fact that you have heard and reacted Co our concerns. We feel that we can
now comfortably support draft one of the proposed General Plan and we hope
that the full council accepts it.
