This morning approximately 9;45 AM we were intruded upon and terrorised by a silver /gray
helicopter.
This helicopter was hovering over ow house. I ran down our flight of stairs out of my home
terrified.
We could see tbe occupants, they were 100 foot or less over ow roof top. They circled and again
hovered over our roof top. We began waving them to move away from ow home. They Jeft only
to return for a third time. As my husband and I began to discuss this. intrusion, T began shaking.
My heart was racing, I had to sit down for over an how and take medication to prevent having to
go to the hospital with heart palpitations.

My question, why did they hover over our roof top and what could they see through a metal roof?
'1?I~lat they did was nothing less than terrorize us.
We are not involved in drugs and do not want to be involved in their drug war, their terroristic,
intrusive and dangerous tactics. My heahh was seriously compromised today. I ask that you help
us. I ask that you and the Hawaii County Council become pro-active and please prevent this from
happening to us again.
