Subject: Transfer of Funds
Enclosed for your review and approval is a resolution transfeaing $17,000 from the Clerk-Council Services
Regulaz Salary and Wages account to the Overtime account. We have sufficient funds to accommodate this
request.
The deficiency in the Overtime account is due to personnel shortage, which caused [he overtime in order to
maintain [he workload. Fttrdter, Council and Committee Services staff have been working on inputting and
scanning the old communications, bills, resolutions, ordinances, and minutes starting from 1998 and
working backwards.
