Enclosed is a resolution, which authorizes a grant of retaining wall easement to Frances
Rae McClure, Trustee, and John Q. McClure, Jr. at Kona Palisades, Unit 1, Kalaoa 51n
North Kona, Hawaii TMK: (3) 7-3-31:46. An independent appraiser has determined that
the fair market value of the retaining wall easement with an area of 28 square feet is
$625.00.
