r?,s a citizen of West Hawaii, I am against building a `t'ail'" in Kona. First of all, why in
the world is there such a push for this venture? We really need more traf#ic on our two
roads!!
If a new `jail" is to be built, then build it between the east and west sides; Saddle Road
would be a much better location.
