Subject: Proposed Amendments to Bill 25
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), offers
the following amendments to Bill 25:
1 - Section 11-4.(b)(2) - Change "30" percent to "20" percent of
the number of units. (Staff feels that a 30% condition
on residential developments may be too high.)
2 - Section 11-6. (c) - Change "10%" to "20%" of: the median
sales price (This change will make the formula to
determine the in-lieu fee consistent with the Sections
3 - Section 11-6. (d) - Change "10%" to "20%" of: the median
sales price (This change will make the formula to
determine the in-lieu fee consistent with the Sections
4 - Section 11-8. (c) - Add "to create lots less than the minimum
lot sizes required in those districts." (This was
phrase was inadvertently deleted.)
