Finance Committee
Re: Closing file on various outdated communications pending in Committee
For housecleaning purposes. 1 recommend closing the file on the following items which are
pending in the Finance Committee: Comms. 103, 103.1, 103.2 and 103.3 (2001), from
Fom Russi and Christine Yaul, regarding the hiring of Wood and Tait as investigators for the
Police Commission; and Comm. 198 (Res. 63-03) (2003), regarding removing Condition 5 from
the conditions of Res. 46-O1, which requires the Police Department to work with the State
Departments of I lealth and the Attorney General to develop a plan where a portion of the
confiscated marijuana can he set aside for medical marijuana use.
'These are items that have been pending for several years or terms and have not resurfaced.
Therelbre, the withdrawal and filing of these items is deemed appropriate.
