re: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, HAWAII COUNTY CODE
1983 (1995 EDITION),
BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE TO PROVIDE ENHANCED PUBLIC NOTICE OF
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.
Aloha Co-Chairs Pilago and Hoffman, and all members of the Planning
Committee!
I urge you to support the above referenced ordinance, as it just the "right" thing to
do. Giving legal notices in West Hawaii Today simply does not really keep the
public informed about what is happening in their neighborhoods.
So, I encourage you to vote YES on this ordinance to require developers to post
signs as described in the proposed ordinance.
