Re: Fuel Tax Increase Expenditure Plan
Enclosed is a resolution amending the district distribution formula of the
fuel tax increase expenditure plan. This amendment is in accordance
with the provision in Resolution No. 397-88 requiring the apportionment
formula of the expenditure plan be updated bi-annually.
Also enclosed is bill amending the Capital Budget by establishing the
district appropriations for the fifth and final increment of the fuel tax
increase expenditure plan.
