Attached is Bill 25, Draft 3. Draft 3 amends Draft 2 in the following ways:
1. The objectives of the housing policy were amended to include promoting
development of housing for persons with disabilities.
2. The in-lieu fees in paragraphs (a),(b),(c) and (d) of section I I-6 of the bill were
increased from 20% to 25%.
3. Technical and nonsubstantive changes.
