Re: Amendment to the Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance reappropriating lapsed 1988-92 fuel
tax district appropriations. An accounting of all district appropriations
revealed lapsed fund balances for all districts. Because the original
amounts were established by formula and to maintain equity, lapsed
district funds are being reappropriated back to the respective districts.
